• Report any real-world vulnerabilities responsibly

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack or compromise our platform
• Sharing accounts or selling access
• Cheating or manipulating progress/achievements
• Harassment or abuse of other users

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, labs, and materials are proprietary to Terminal Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Terminal Academy is provided \"AS IS\" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or misuse of knowledge gained here.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unethical behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
